For boondocking or a true off-grid adventure experience we have 670 acres of extremely remote totally off-grid private property that requires 4x4 vehicle or ATV to access.
This Property is located just outside the most northern tip of Big Bend National Park nestled between the Rosillo Peak, Nine Point Mesa, Santiago Peak and Chalk Mountains with more than a thousand miles of off-road trails available to explore via ATV and over two thousand miles if the National park trails are included. It is extremely remote without so much as a power line in sight making it a boondocking or off-grid camper's paradise. There are several areas to park a Rv. Plenty of tent camp sites all conveniently located within a 45 minute off road trek in a 4x4 or ATV to the main lodge amenities that include a pool and bath house. A Restaurant open 6 days a week, 18 hole Disc Golf. easy access into Big Bend National Park without going through the 2 main park entrances.
We plan custom boondocking trips for those that want the experience but may not have the right equipment or knowledge that includes camp site setup either tents or Rv's, We have Rv's, jeeps and ATV's to rent offering people the opportunity to experience a completely off-grid trip in the most remote and pristine mountain wilderness areas in the US,We have 20 Rv sites with full hook-ups for $52 night. 32 cabins that accommodate up to 4 people per unit for $139 night. Seven private camp sites with water $20 night plus $12 person, 2 group camp grounds no site fee just $12 per person night comes with a shared water spigot and a horse camp for dry horse trailer camping and corrals all located conveniently within a short walking distance of the swimming pool, restaurant, 18 hole disc golf course and laundry room.

From here there's a world of possibilities from hiking around the mountainous terrain to going on guided (drive your own, rent one from us or ride with me your choice) multi day jeep or ATV adventure trips covering thousands of miles of off-road terrain covering over 1.5 million acres.
