100% of recent Hipcampers say this Hipcamp felt private.
It is a covered RV site with full hookup’s. Also it is private and on my property. There is room for a boat also. The nearest boat ramp is about a mile away and it is free. Also the spot is about a quarter of a mile from Canyon Dam and North Park. It is very near “tube the loop” on the Guadalupe. Good trout fishing below the dam.Nice view of hill country. One quarter mile from Canyon Dam where you can enjoy a beautiful walk on the dam with a view of Canyon Lake. One mile from free boat ramp. Access to river and lake swimming is near by. Also trout fishing in the winter below the dam. One hour from San Antonio and the River Walk and Alamo.

Covered Private Escape
Cynthia’s RV spot is the best. It’s peaceful and private and the cover kept us cool in the heat and dry in the rain. Cynthia is so kind and helpful, too. Highly recommend the Guadalupe River Trail nearby for hiking and swimming under gigantic cypress trees.

Covered RV Spot
The site was great and had everything needed for my RV. Although right off the road it was very private and super close to North Park and Canyon Lake Dam. I will not think twice to stay here again!

Covered RV Spot
Cynthia's spot was perfect for a stay near Canyon Lake. Only about a ten minute Uber to Whitewater Amphitheater as well! We had some mechanical issues on the day of our departure and Cynthia was very understanding and accommodating.

Covered RV Spot
Cynthia’s location was perfect and exactly what we needed. Private - covered area big enough for our Ford F-250 truck camper and 22.6’ boat And with full hook ups!! Down a couple steps from the truck, Cynthia had set up a nice clean table with clean chairs on an outdoor rug for us to sit back and relax after a long day on the water and look at the stars. No lights around so the stars stood out. (Make sure to take a flashlight- it gets dark!) Just a quick drive or even walk to the Dam where you can walk over and look down at the town or Canyon Lake On our walk back, we watched the bats fly above! We prefer to use Public boat ramp 23 - which was only about 10 miles (15 mins) away. Only about 20 minutes from River Row as well! Very close to town for your everyday needs and places to eat! We will definitely be staying here again! *Thanks again Cynthia for allowing us to stay, it was all perfect and we look forward to seeing you again 😁
