If you want a stay with a view, you will get it. The pros: The spot had power, water, sewage, picnic table, fire ring, and a swing to sit on. The host introduced himself and quickly responded to questions I had. He offered a generator when the power went out.
A few cons: The host had a dog that kept coming to the edge of the site to lay down. This is only a problem if you bring your own dog, which I did. The grass was pretty tall. The site is right off of a road. I only saw 3 cars in 3 days, so it's not busy. None of these would be deal breakers but are being communicated as general information.
