Once used as a family farm, with 1700 feet of river frontage, these gorgeous 40 acres have been groomed and cleaned to reveal a camper's paradise. Wildlife, wild flowers, peace beyond words. Deeper water above the dam, great for tubing, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. You'll find it hard to leave. Only minutes from The GSMNP and Cades Cove, about 20-30 minutes over to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We are now a 50 full hookup RV campground. We look forward to seeing old friends and new guests.

PRIMITIVE CAMPING ON LITTLE RIVER
We stayed for 2 nights (M-W) and had the area to ourselves. It was wonderful. The Sheila, the campground manager was very helpful and we had regular sittings of a pair of Golden Eagles. Leaving Townsend, we passed a couple of campgrounds with RV's and tents packed in. This made us aware of how special our site was.

PRIMITIVE CAMPING ON LITTLE RIVER
Nice place with camping spots close to the river and also some spots that are a little farther from the water. There are restaurants/ coffee shops/ gas stations pretty close, but it is also close to trailheads in the park.

PRIMITIVE CAMPING ON LITTLE RIVER
Weekend hideaway with lots nearby
We stayed one night while driving through and plan to return for a longer stay. Sheila was very welcoming, the other guests were respectful and everyone had a great time. The river is very clean and fun to play in, the morning mist really shows you why it's called the Smokey Mtns! See y'all again soon.
