This land is a hidden gem nestled in the vibrant community of Saint Elmo in Chattanooga TN. A bit less then one acre of private property and next to conservancy land with access to Glenn Falls trailhead. - Beautiful new park one block away with toilet and sink - only open during the day. - Feel of privacy and seclusion while being in the heart of one of Chattanooga’s most popular neighborhoods. - Walking distance to downtown St. Elmo - Restaurants, Ice Cream, Incline Railway, shopping, and more!Nice open space with room for multiple tents. Lots of nice trees and beautiful natural boulders. Hard to believe you're in a bustling neighborhood. There will be some limited road noise (usually you can hear a motorcycle rev on the main road), but the birds are definitely noisier than vehicles.

I don't mind a small fire in a solo stove or container, but the property is not configured with a fire pit or firewood to support fires at the moment. Feel free to saw any wood from already cut trees stacked to the side.

Flush toilet. There is no toilet at the camp site. There is a park one block away with toilets and sinks that are open ONLY during the day.

Trash bin. The park that is one block away has ample trash cans that can be utilized.

Picnic facilities at pavilion at the neighborhood park. None on the camp site.
