The Gardens, Bay of Fires
Great location and good for securing a spot along what can be a very busy part of the coast.
Unfortunately the site is quite sloped and for a large set up you can really only utilize the top of property adjacent to the road. Not a busy road thought. Also for our stay there was a large pile of cut down trees smack bang in the middle of property which was a bit disappointing.
Otherwise great sunrise and afternoon wine views

The Gardens, Bay of Fires
Amazing views and location can’t be faulted - highly recommend. Across the road is a farm with sheep and cattle, and the beaches are only a stone’s throw away. The only issue is that it land has a small slope (which was fine for us) but might not work if you were in a tent) and the downside of the views is that you are fully exposed to the southerly and south eastern breezes

The Gardens, Bay of Fires
Vacant block with stunning views
The views from this block are spectacular! We had full ocean frontage and even caught an Aurora on camera, as this camp is elevated and has views from north to south.
It is just a vacant house block, quite close to a neighbour with no trees or anything in between, but you can definitely set up camp so you have privacy. There's a few prickles in the grass, and it needed a fair bit of levelling, so probably not great for a tent, but our caravan was fine.
It's great if you want a guaranteed campsite, all to yourself, especially in peak season when all the Bay of fires camp grounds are completely packed out. You can walk to the beach via the road, which only takes about 5 minutes.
The Gardens, Bay of Fires
Incredible location, great views and perfect for accessing the bay of fires. Wasn’t easy to find a flat spot to sleep and neighbours were pretty chatty.
Poppy was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for us out of state tourists.
