Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Just over 18 acres of mixed pasture and bush, very secluded and tranquil rural setting, surrounded by wildlife. Borders the spinning gum reserve and close to craigbourne dam. Richmond and the coal valley vineyards are a half hour drive, or the southern midlands town of Oatlands is also half an hour drive.
The property is uninhabited and must be left tidy. There is a caravan and a shed of the owners which are not to be utilised. There is no water, and no toilet facilities. The driveway entrance is rough but quite passable. The paddock is approximately 7 acres of level bush pasture. Access is via an internal right of way which makes it very private and quiet. You can choose your own camp area. Camping is limited to 6 separate groups, so you might just be lucky enough to have it all to yourself. Located behind the northern access to Craigbourne dam, and side boundary is spinning gum reserve. Pets are welcome if contained. Lots of wildlife to see. Happy to discuss family discounts for 2 or more nights.
