Almost Heaven Mt Roland Views
Wonderful well priced hip camp
We loved staying at Almost Heaven Clydesdales Hip Camp. Isla is a genuine and friendly host. The fully self sufficient camping is in a big open paddock overlooking the horses, sheep and goats with a beautiful view of Mt Roland. The access is super easy through the wide gate. It is so close to town which is perfect. We used it as a base staying for 4 days and driving to Cradle Mt and elsewhere. This worked out very well. The absolute highlight however was doing the wagon ride around Sheffield with Isla and her gorgeous horses (Bonnie and Nugget). It is a great way to view the murals and town. Do yourself a favour and add a wagon ride with the Clydesdales to this very well priced hip camp stay! Thanks to Isla for a wonderful stay. We'll be back!

Free camping on Isla’s land
Absolutely gorgeous spot to stay, awesome view of Mt Rowland, especially as the clouds rolled in. You are welcome to wander the farm as well, cows, friendly sheep, friendly goats and the most gorgeous Clydesdales Horses(this is what it was about for my wife) We did the wagon ride, through town. The owner is just absolutely fantastic, comes over to say g’day and make sure you are right.

Almost Heaven Mt Roland Views
Space and Views.
We loved our 3 night stay here at Isla’s on the farm with her beautiful Clydesdales and other farm friends (Lamb Chop the sheep was a fav!!). It’s nice and close to Sheffield and there is plenty of space to find a private spot with those stunning views of Mt Roland. We were super fortunate to have a carriage ride through town with Isla’s aunty Isla and her partner Susan (from “Isla’s Way” on YouTube fame). It was so much fun and a real pleasure spending time with these two very special humans!! Thank you Isla for sharing your beautiful property and family!! See you again next year!!

Almost Heaven Mt Roland Views
A nice safe place in a grassy paddock surrounded by gorgeous animals, and a great view of Mt Roland, close to the town of Sheffield and easy drive to local attractions.
Self contained only. I would definitely stay again..
