The property is on 75 acres within walking distance to the beach, it was a amusement park 20 years ago so still has a few of the amusements working including mini golf, basketball court and a large hedge maze. I'm also building a outdoor bar with a large fire pit. Has a working toilet and hot shower. Plenty of wildlife Kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, huge range of bird life Inc Glossy black cockatoos.Pitch your tent, park your caravan or RV and enjoy your own slice of paradise on Kangaroo Island. Plenty of private spots or pull up near the bar or dam and enjoy a few more creature comforts. There are toilets, and pet's welcome! I can arrange some power and a hot shower if needed.  Any questions or more information don't hesitate to ask!
