Located on the banks of the Balonne River, you will have a place to unwind and relax by the water side. If your keen on fishing St George is the inland fishing capital of QLD. We have a boat ramp (dirt) for you to launch your boat/ kayak if you wish to enjoy all the river has to offer. Guests are required to be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste and rubbish with them on departure. Grey water may be disposed of on the grass. Campfires are welcome in the fire pit provided, please check for restrictions before lighting a fire. We are located under 5 minutes from town and are central to many tourist attractions. Warumbul Balonne River Camp
Our hosts, Adam and Christy are a delightful couple, provide a relaxed and welcoming environment for their guests. In close proximity to the river and the township of St George, this makes a refreshing experience away from caravan parks in a farming environment.

Warumbul Balonne River Camp
We found some where with grass. This is like winning the lotto in a caravan when travelling full time. Absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend. Only 4 spots at any one time so you are not cramped in. Must be fully self sufficient. No wifi. An easy walk down to the river. Take your chair, read a book, throw in a line or your SUP. Either way a great place to relax and recharge. Adam and Christy are fantastic super hosts. No hot water in camp kitchen. But two huge TV'S. The property is also locked the entire time which adds ro peace of mind.

Warumbul Balonne River Camp
Adam & Cristy’s place was great we spent 3 nights there. Small 4 sight paddock about 150m up the bank from the Balonne. It is about 2ks into town but far enough to feel in the middle of no where! Adam and Cristy were great hosts and checked in daily to make sure all was ok. Sheep and emus to feed!!

Perfect for families
Great spot on the river, plenty of room, emus and an immaculately kept property. Can not recommend enough. Shame we were just passing through kids would have loved a day on the river playing. Thanks for having us :)
