Warrego Warmblood Stud is an operational horse training property set on a secluded 60 acres just outside Woodford. There is a lovely private dam to camp beside or in amongst some beautiful trees with no one in ear shot, or you can camp in the empty paddock. Or Book a Horseback Forest Trail Ride . Campfires are permitted within local regulations. The campsites are dog friendly (on a lead). There are no amenities here,  campers must BYO camping toilet. Allowed small fires and some timber available in the paddocks. Woodford is a little taste of country right on the city’s doorstep. An easy day trip from Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast, this quaint and quiet town is a perfect getaway destination with a little something for everyone. The Woodford region is steeped in history and retains much of its yesteryear charm. The historic pub still stands proudly on the main road through town, while quaint turn-of-the-century buildings house quirky shops and eateries.

" The Gidgea Coals paddock "
Stunning offgrid resort! Lol
Absolutely stunning stay, horses galore lol, my 6 year old daughter loved Patting the hourse every morning and evening and seeing them out the window when she woke up. Robert is nice as and very welcoming, i have stayed at other places (as I live in a caravan) and I would absolutely recommend for anyone travelling through to stay a few nights here. Absolutely amazing!!!!!

Stayed overnight for a show jumping event and thoroughly enjoyed it! Plenty of space to choose a spot to set up, and Robert was a great host.

" Sandons Dam"
No dam at copilot and unfortunately no roaming horses, host was lovely though and offered us to use the top dam.

" Sandons Dam"
Lovely location, open flat site. Co-pilot a great site for maximum 3 vans or campers. Nice and close to Woodford as well. Easy access and Robert was a great help! It’s our second time to this place and we will definitely be back.
