This is a 226 acre lucerne and cattle farm 7ks from Warwick. It is situated on the Condamine River and Swan Creek. I have hired a mini bus for the warwick rodeo weekend 25-26 October 2024 It is to take the campers into and from the rodeo to save them getting taxis or having long walks Pick up and drop off at your campsite. Will have port a loos scattered through out the camp sites for free over rodeo weekend. Camp sites are located on Condamine River . Kayaking swimming yabbies and fishing available on the Condamine. . We only take minimal campers. Order your delicious free range eggs and ,meat trays in advance. Also have a breakfast special which is 1/2 KG shop smoked bacon and 1 doz 700 gm free range eggs. Also have firewood for sale. Unprecessed honey also available. Campfires permitted if restrictions aren't in place. Dogs permitted. Children are free. Kayaks are free. We have a very private campsite for clothing optional campers. There is also 6 powered sites back of the river. There is also showers and toilets near the powered sites . There are also 11 port a loos available for a cleaning fee. Please ensure you check our arrival directions before you come. Our place is easy to find, but we are farmers and always out working, so we probably won't be at the house when you arrive.

Beautiful, Private but not for 2WDs
Overall we had a great time. In terms of feedback though, guests really need a 4WD to minimise risk when staying here. We were told it was 2WD accessible, however we ended up being stranded on the property as we were told we couldn’t drive on the roads of the property due to rain. Due to being told this quite late though, we had already ended up bogged and our car had to be towed. This aside, it was a beautiful week and the animals were so fun to pat and feed! Also the kayaks were so great, you could kayak so far up the river, so much todo!

Amazing hospitality and area, so many extras you can purchase from generators to toilets, ensuites and toilet available, free kayak hire as well as meat trays to purchase, drinking water and ice. Will definitely be going back to stay. Great owners
