Train is 6 minutes drive and the bus is a 1 minute walk away. Gold Coast beaches are one hour drive away, Mt Coot Tha Botanical gardens and observatory is a 15 minute drive away. The property is relatively quiet for a residential area. There is no through traffic in Westlake. Plenty of free street parking is available.
