Undercliff is a 37000 acre cattle station. It's a big valley with mountains each side. There are big open creek flats that you can camp next to - 5 awesome creeks that all flow into the one murray creek which has crystal clear sand filtered water. Each of the permanent water holes are about 1km long and 50m wide or so and really deep with great fishing or boating. The mountains are great for 4x4 or bush walking to see the beautiful waterfalls during the wet season. For biosecurity reasons, campers will need to wash they set up upon entry and exit of the property.Choose your own site with Host's guidance - but naturally Campers will want to be by the beautiful creeks! Most creeks side sites are semi-level but change with the floods and tides. Iv also opened up some amazing mountain top sites with great 4x4 driving and an epic veiw. In the photos are maps of my recomdations for the best route to travel from rocky, Mackay and emerald please look. Thankyou safe travels

Overall a nice spot near the creek. Overpriced for whats on offer. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet Allen who could have given us the lay of the land. Very peaceful and large platypus family entertained us!

Hi Allan....we loved our stay. The stand-up for us was the peace and quiet.....nothing but nature. No mobile reception added to the relaxation. Thank you too Sam for guiding us to our camp site....we'll be back.

Overall not a bad spot but very overpriced. Small area near water to camp and not level. Large area up over the bank but away from the water. Could be better signposted. Were told waterholes were dry and weren't sure how to get there, unfortunatly Allen was not able to meet us. Huge bonus was the large family of platypus! Water was wonderful.

Such a lovely spot. We camped near the creek which made it a fantastic spot for kayaking. Thank you for your friendly greeting.

A Touch of Paradise
BE WARNED. If you come here you won't want to go home. Arrived to be greeted by larakin Allan who shared his love of his cattle and country. Driving down he warned us it was dry but what a great surprise to see this beautiful spot full of birdlife and waterlife. Up at 5 am with sootie and saratoga caught. We saw the Australian emblem of baby emus and a kangaroo. So tranquil and quiet paddling around and cool water for a swim on a hot day. Can't wait to go back.
