You will have access to our beautiful peaceful surroundings, with adequate shelter under some lovely big trees park your camper or pitch a swag. We also have a nice running creek that you can take a cooling down soak in or just enjoy watching our many wild life that are present throughout the creek, fish , eels and turtles. It's truly a very private and relaxing spot to chill out and enjoy camping for a few days or whatever suits your needs while passing the area. Plenty of fantastic swimming holes nearby including Josephine falls and Babinda boulders very popular spots for tourist and the locals. Site 1 right down on the creek large grass flat space big enough for two families to set up camp. The creek runs around the outside so there are a number of viewing points to see the wildlife mentioned above. A set of solar lights hang over the firepit area allowing for more light while cooking on our wonderful swinging hotplate BBQ. Site 2 Our newer spot work in progress not so ideal for camper trailers. your situated under our tree line away from the main creek but still with your own small dirt track down to the creek. A smaller paver firepit, plenty fine for sitting around an open fire while watching the stars at night. So please check by internal message before confirming your booking that way we can confirm a spot while discussing your needs to ensure you have a clear view of your camping area. Onsite we have our shared outhouse porta toilet which is positioned in the middle of both camping areas for everyone's convenience. Take note of our extras available when confirming your booking. Gorgeous wee site
Gorgeous wee site. Felt really private. The creek and fire pit were lovely. The only thing we didn't realise was that there can be some access issues if it's rained a lot and you don't have a 4-wheel drive.

Beautiful and quiet little site near the creek. Very close to Mt Bartle, making it the perfect place to base ourselves before and after the big hike. Larry was very friendly and the property is well looked after. Would stay again!

What a fantastic location! Snuggled in the river bend, you’re surrounded by lush green and a crystal clear creek. Setup with a fire pit and shallow waterhole you can sit and cool down in. Feeding the fish and turtles was our 5yo’s highlight. It was a little bit of a tight squeeze to get our big van down the side of the house but I’d say most vans would fit. Larry and Miyuki were friendly, and Miyuki was kind enough to keep restocking our fish food.

Awesome property we stayed in the prime spot for one night , Miyuki was lovely she took us to the camp spot gave us food for the fish and turtles and helped with a load of firewood for $15 ! It’s a very nice set up spot with toilets, fairy lights a small table and chairs and fire pit, we would happily come back for another stay $15 was a bit stiff for firewood but I also understand it’s a business ! Thankyou miyuki it was lovely to meet you
