Tim’s Hut is a restored cattleman’s Hut located on Condamine River Road at the headwaters of the Condamine River at The Falls. The Hut sits on about half an acre of land with its own access off Condamine River Road. The yard is fully dog fenced and pet friendly. This is an offgrid rustic glamping experience with solar power, composting toilet and campfire cooking. The location is not private, those seeking absolute seclusion may find another property more suitable. Bring your mountain bikes, hiking and river shoes, binoculars for bird watching etc. A 4WD is essential to access Tim’s Hut. There is not much space for storage so don’t bring much. 😁. There is no phone or internet connection at Tim’s Hut, which could give you a chance to disconnect? Otherwise BYO Skylink to remain connected. A UHF radio is provided for your use to contact Jussie or Thommo, or for use in an emergency. Condamine River Road can get busy on weekends with day trippers, weekdays are better for those seeking peace and quiet. Please bear this in mind before booking.

Bush Retreat Bliss!
Tim’s Hut is such a lovely place…everything you need to get away and relax. So Clean & Tidy, and all you need. Lot’s of country drives and hikes around. Justine is so lovely, very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend! 🙏🏻🌻

Wow, what an absolutely beautiful place. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend - lots of relaxing and exploring the surrounding area. The hut is well equipped with everything you need, including many thoughtful details that make the stay extra special. With the hut fully fenced, our dogs were able to run around and have the best time as well. We can’t wait to plan our next trip back to Tim’s Hut 😊

Extra Special petite Hut
Tim’s Hut is situated on gorgeous bush land with birds, cows, scenery and creeks. The hut is extremely well catered, gorgeous facilities and off the grid. Extremely cosy and comfortable. I certainly will be back.

Tim’s Hut
Fantastic
Tim's Hut was a great spot to chill out and relax. The hut was really well set up with lots of nice finishings. The fencing was great for the dogs and it comfortably kept our beagles contained, despite their constant perimeter checks. Justine was really easy to communicate with. There were a few small creek crossings on the way in, I'm not a hugely experienced 4WDer and didn't have any issues going through them. Hope to be back soon!

Lovely, relaxing stay
Such a lovely place to stay in a beautiful, quiet spot. Great amenities, very clean, a charming little place. Also loved that it’s fully fenced, perfect for a break with our dog. Would definitely stay again.
