Worth the Barge fare!
Awesome spot, can really walk to anywhere on the island being so close to the Forts. Perfectly level spots, water, dump point. The only thing didn't have was electricity but who needs that? Great for the caravan. Beach close, everything so conveniently close

Love this Camp
We had a wonderful 3 nights. Lovely hosts and was pleasantly surprised with the location amongst the wildlife. They have even provided a rustic cold shower and each camp spot has a unique outlook. Loved everything about our stay. Don’t go there if you don’t like rustic 👍

The Forts
We had a wonderful week on Magnetic Island staying at The Forts Hideaway. Tee and Steve were very welcoming and friendly. They also have lots of great recommendations for things to see and do on the island. Our kids loved the chooks and we enjoyed looking for koalas and wallabies around the camp.
