Welcome to The Tolly Ballandean Plenty of room between you and the next site on Queensland’s first commercial truffle farm. 30 minutes from Stanthorpe, at the heart of Granite Belt Wine Country. Nestled in the hills with 1700 acres to explore, 7 kilometres of Severn River frontage, peace and quiet. Sleep under the stars and re-connect with nature.Nestled 12 kilometres off the New England Highway, in the heart of Queensland's wine country, The Folly is a 1700 acre cattle, sheep and Queensland's largest truffle farm with plenty of room between you and the next site. With limited facilities (one toilet, one shower) guests are asked to bring their own power and water with them. There is a septic dump-point on site. There are a number of activities that can be enjoyed at The Folly including fishing, kayaking and swimming in 7 kilometres of private river, birdwatching, bushwalking, mountain bike riding in the heart of Ballandean. Feel free to bring carrots to feed the donkeys - they are definitely the friendliest animals on the farm and love a nose scratch and a chat.

The River Paddock
Lovely peaceful spot for a few days camping. The river had recently flooded so still had plenty of water during our visit. The donkeys were super cute and friendly.

Very quiet peaceful camp. A kayak is needed if you're fishing, very limited spots on the bank to fish from on their side of the river on the permanent hole. Good place for a few days of quiet camping.

Amazing peaceful site
We had a brilliant time at this camp. It was very peaceful and private having our own space situated next to the river. Quite easy access as long as you have a 4x4. signage is easy to follow and the site is easy to find. It's quite close to sundown national park and not too far from Girraween too. 10/10 would recommend this camp!
