The DAMVIEW - located at Kolonga Qld on the Kolan River and the beautiful Lake Monduran, this 104-acre working property at this stage offers full off grid Rv's the opportunity to enjoy the peace and serenity by the water on the maintained areas with plenty of trees for shade as well as fire pits in place for those relaxing evenings. Whether you simply like to sit back reading a book or watching the birds, go for a swim, Kayaking, or Fishing in the prime spot of the mighty Barramundi, with easy access on the water's edge for your tinny this beautifully property and views are a must. Although The DAMVIEW property is in the early stages there is plenty to expect in the very near future, with amenities underway as well as the 6 x 9mtr rustic common/entertainment area and two large fire pits with log seating for everyone to share a yarn, laughs and make new friends. There are level sites available and there will be more in the near future.Available to self contained campers who leave no trace - no amenities available. We are pet friendly but also ask that they are kept on a leash or in a secure travel pen at all times.

Anyone who wants self contained serenity on the clear grassy waters edge to lake monduran known for its great barra fishing, serene waterways and abundant bird life this is the spot for you . Kelly your host has opened up her property for this reason and has done an amazing job in the last year with greater plans in the future but keeping the property as prestigious as it is do yourself a favor if your in the area put this on your bucket list I’ve been traveling for years this stay is one of my top 5 TLT Times like these on utube This will be an episode coming soon Jan 2025
