Swan Gully is in the town of Bromelton, South East Queensland (right near Beaudesert). Our location is perfect for easy access from Brisbane, Ipswich, and the Gold Coast at only 45 - 60 mins from either. We have over 900 acres of camping, 4WDing and other activities. Tracks range from easy off-road right up to "winches and lockers required". Bring your hiking shoes and mountain bikes to go on your own adventure. Great space for the kids to explore. Toilets and hot shower (coin operated). No access to town water, please bring our own drinking water. Pets welcome. We have room for horses too! Plenty of spots to choose from, 2WD access. Amenities block close to campsite. 4WD tracks are available for extra per day rate for the first day - book separately 'extra'. Each vehicle will require a separate booking, but as we don’t allocate camp sites, you can set up close to each other as one group. Toilets and hot shower (coin operated). Wonderful Place For Families
Wonderful place to camp. We had two caravans and were allocated a beautiful flat grassed area with plenty of room for kids to kick a ball or ride a bike. First day we had a beautiful herd of cows wander through our site. It also was lovely to see King Parrots in their glory! The camping areas are set out away from the 4WDriving area which was ideal. We have recommended this place to others.

Nice stay
I would recommend for adults, it was great to get away from daily life.

Not all as it seems
Ok firstly the sites were nice and spread out but the one we had, had absolutely no shade at all so all day in the heat with a young child and infant was not fun we did have many marquees but were still moving around to find shade. The showers are $1 for 2 minutes just so you know as it’s actually not written anywhere so take coins. The toilets were absolutely atrocious so disgusting and only 2 working and worst of all you can’t drive after 5pm and before 7:30am our site was a fair way away from the toilets and having a young girl did not make it easy. I understand not driving on the tracks after 5pm but around the park to and from the toilets should be acceptable. The tracks themselves were good I highly recommend paying attention and doing the easy ones first. Deb was nice and welcoming it’s such a shame about the toilets and the driving to and from the toilets it would’ve made the experience much more enjoyable and would’ve seen us all return but I don’t think we will ever go back.

Overall it was a nice stay, only down fall is you can’t choose you’re camp site and the 4wd drive tracks say they are easy when they are not

We would stay again in fact we are going to go back because we didn't get long enough to check the tracks out. Take the patrol back next time though!!
