Platypus Gorge
We loved our 2 night caravan camping. Surrounded by cows grazing nearby with their calves. Gorgeous stargazing on the first night. Woke up to the beautiful view over the swimming hole. Enjoyed the nature, birds singing, the firepit at night. Highly recommended!!

It was such a great stay, rain didn't dampen the beauty or spirit and it cleared up for us to enjoy the creek and the dam! Making jumping off the jetty the highlight for the kids! Thanks so much for having us and definitely now one of our favs! Easy to find and Stanley and his family were welcoming and friendly! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us

Platypus Gorge
Wildlife galore. friendly owners
Great place to spend a couple of days. Stan was friendly. We stayed in Platypus Gorge. but unfortunately we received heavy rain early one morning and the creek broke the bank and flooded the area. the area is fairly low ground so we had to quickly pack up and find high ground before we got washed away. Otherwise the area is full of wildlife, plenty of places to explore. great dam to swim in. friendly cows that roam aswell.
