Private campsites. Stanlyn Park is a 100 acre grassed and forest property with 4 rainforest creeks 3 large dams with about 20 free roaming cattle (friendly) and abundant bird life. Beautiful walking trails through woods and rainforest with views of the Glasshouse mountains and stunning sunsets. Townships of Maleny and Beerwah (Australia Zoo) are about a 20 minute drive. You can stay and enjoy the serenity or a base for Sunshine Coast and hinterland attractions. Please note that dams and waterways are not fenced. Dogs must be controlled at all times (regular baiting programs on neighbouring properties) Guests must be fully self contained with their own toilet. All rubbish to be removed. No chainsaws permitted. Split firewood is available for purchase.

Wash Creek Campsite
Peaceful and relaxing!
Directions were excellent and the Wash Creek site was shady and peaceful. Stan and Lyndall were most hospitable and allowed us freedom to explore their land as we looked to observe and photograph birds. We identified over 20 species over our two days on the property. We especially enjoyed the sound of the creek running alongside our caravan.

Platypus Gorge
Great spot, very tranquil. Plenty of flat grassy land. Nice fire pit. Quiet at nights.

Wash Creek Campsite
Excellent site, felt very private and plenty of space for our group of 5. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

Great Spot
Wonderful weekend, beautiful camp site. Host was friendly . Firewood delivered , could see other camp site but couldn’t hear them - well spaced out.

Platypus Gorge
We had an amazing stay here the kids totally enjoyed themselves playing along the river and building a bridge across the river. Would highly recommend staying here.
