Poppy's camp
Had a great couple of nights stay near at Poppy's near Somerset. Nice flat private campsite with fire ring and plenty of firewood. Wallabies, koalas and deer all sighted in and around camp and were all friendly. Great sunrise and sunset from camp and heaps of stars to see at nightime. Plenty of trails in national parks and access to the lake close by. If you're travelling with a dog be aware there may not be many places that are dog friendly being national parks. The All Trails app is great for searching hikes and activities and filtering dog friendly options. We found a great trail to go for a walk with our dog up near Deer Reserve State Forest which was dog friendly and all to ourselves.

Camping with my dog
We like the Bebe's place. It was very private and peaceful. Eddie welcomed us and let us view the top of the hill house that was being built for now. The scenery on top was beautiful and calm.
