Sarabah Stud is a beautiful cattle and farming property with access to Canungra Creek. There's resident platypus in the creek and great spots for swimming. Located approximately 40 minutes from the Gold Coast and 1 hour to Brisbane CBD. There are several beautiful swimming holes just below where we encourage guests to swim. Children 5-16 are $10 per night (please include with booking), and kids 4 and under are free (no need to include in booking, just let us know they are coming). Toilet available. Please note we do not provide toilet paper. Remove all rubbish. Campfires permitted in a designated area when restrictions aren't in place. Access is 2wd but we recommend 4wd when raining or wet conditions or contact us for track condition . Pets are not permitted.

The Mulberry Tree
Sarabah Stud Adventure 💕
We recently stayed at this camping site, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. Robert, the host, was incredibly welcoming and made sure that everything was perfect for our stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by kangaroos and the next day while having coffee in the morning, 3 platypuses just swam in front of us and trying to show-off, which added a special touch to our experience. The camping site itself is beautifully maintained, with plenty of space and the amenities we could need. The clean toilets were a definite plus, making the stay even more comfortable. The natural surroundings are stunning, with the sounds of nature creating a peaceful and relaxing environment. Whether you’re looking for a quiet retreat or a base for outdoor adventures, this site has it all. I highly recommend this camping site and commend Robert for his excellent hospitality. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning!

Lower Platypus Hole Sarabah Stud
Quiet, spacious and clean
Quiet, spacious campsite. Plenty of kangaroos, birds, possible platypus sighting. Robert was attentive and happily pointed out likely times and places to spot wildlife. Long drops clean - byo paper.

Stoney Camp Sarabah Stud
A piece of paradise.
A large private area with the sounds of running water. Close to the swimming hole and a secluded platypus pond. Clean toilet and generous firewood supplied at a good price. Plenty of wildlife, so tranquil.

The Mulberry Tree
Had a very relaxing stay at Sarabah Stud. Located in a beautiful valley with excellent star-viewing if you're lucky enough to have clear nights - even saw a couple shooting stars! Toilet was well-maintained, just byo toilet paper. Big thank you to Robert for sharing your lovely property, hope to stay again in the future :)
