Sarabah is a 300 acre working cattle property located along the upper reaches of the pristine Canungra Creek and in the foothills of the Lamington National Park. Access is possible in 2WD in fine weather but 4WD will be needed in wet weather. Guests must be fully self-contained including toilet and drinking water - no facilities provided. We ask for minimal impact - removal of all waste and rubbish is the guest's responsibility. Dogs are permitted but must be under control at all times. Open fires permitted only in fire pits provided - subject to local restrictions when applicable. Firewood is available and delivered to your campsite. Please message Steve 48 hours prior to arrival if you would like firewood. We currently have 8 campsites that can be booked: The Campground (site 1), The Secret Spot (site 2), The Picnic Ground (site 3), The Overflow (site 4), The Rock Shelf (site 5), The Nook (site 6), The Paddock (site 7) and The Cranny (site 8). All sites have creek frontage and are private and a reasonable distance away from other sites. Note: vehicles, camper trailers, caravans and toilets are not to be set up within 10m of the creek as per local government by-laws. When booking, select one of these 8 sites and you will have exclusive use of that site for your stay. Please note that the price is per person and all guests must be included when booking. Bookings can be altered (guests added and deleted) by the person making the booking and it is their responsibility to collect payment from others for whom they have booked and paid. Please ensure you check the specific directions to your site in "My Trips" (in your profile area) when you have a confirmed booking.

The best of the best
Honestly the best Hipcamp I’ve ever stayed at! Steve was really helpful and easy going - a great host. The creek was so nice to swim in. We will be back again and again, this will be one of our regular visits for sure.

Definitely going back, new family c
What can I say, the land speaks for itself, clean, relaxing and stunning views. The family and I had an amazing time. The private creek was clean and the water was great way to just float and relax. Only downside was no toilet but we knew that when we went but didn't stop us. Definitely come again! Steve the owner had great communication, and very welcoming. Also no reception, if you just want to disconnect for the world. Does come and go. 😀

The Nook Sarabah Camping
Best camp in SEQ
This is the perfect place to recharge yourself. Beautiful, peaceful and truly breathtaking views. The creek is the best around. You have your own privacy as there’s a couple hundred metres between camps.
