Back Creek Site 1

Quiet camping location

A lovely quiet location a relatively short drive from Brisbane. Kimberley was very welcoming and access to the level site was easy. We were able to take our 4WD up the farm tracks to the top of the mountain on the property which was fun. The horses in the adjacent paddock were quiet and friendly. Drop toilet is basic but fine. We brought our own fire pit and were gifted with firewood although we had brought our own - a nice gesture. The swimming hole was fine to cool off but not huge. Overall, a really great weekend.

Back Creek Site 1

Overall we had a great time, the flies were a killer this weekend though. Our site was level and had great views, especially the storm front that went around us! We could see the creek from our site and it was quite overgrown and not like the photos.

Nice and peaceful. Hosts were great people. They have a few cows and horses wandering around.
