Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Restful Ridges is a 100 acre property with expansive views over the Kenilworth Valley and town ship in the distance. It is 400 meters above see level and is across the road from Mapleton National Park, providing direct access to walking trails that are part of the Sunshine Coast Great Walk. The property has some docile cattle that wonder over the property and keep the grass down. The property is located just 1.5 hours from Brisbane. The town of Mapleton is an 10 minute drive, where you can access shops and restaurants.Enjoy stunning sunsets over the distant mountain range and wake up to a blanket of cloud in the valley below. This camp site is easy access for Campervans and Motor Homes. Caravans may have difficulty turning around so not recommended if not driving a 4X4. It is a grassy flat site beside the driveway to the main residence that is 500 meters away and is a few hundred meters from the main road so quiet and peaceful.

Very lovely overnighter
Really lovely, it is located on their drive way, there’s a house the sort of looks down at you as well but if you angle your car it creates some privacy. Will be back

Swing with a view!
It was a lovely quiet spot with a beautiful view, perfect for an overnight getaway from the hussle and bustle of life. The swing definitely added a bit of fun as a well as framing the view. Very clever idea.

Hidden gem
We absolutely loved this spot. Quiet with the best views on offer. Was very relaxing to just get away. Loved the cows who became like dogs wanting a scratch. Beautiful drive along the way too. Highly recommend it and we will certainly be back

Secluded spot all to yourself
This place is beautiful, the views are just as beautiful as the photos and it is the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the hills. You wake up to a blanket of fog over the valley in the early hours and it is so peaceful. The cows are very friendly too. It is perfect if you want a secluded spot all to yourself
