Conveniently situated 20 mins to Maroochydore beach and 14 minutes to Montville. Kids can enjoy a large sandpit with an adorable rock-climbing wall, as well as a large space to run around. Adults relax in the hot spa-deck overlooking a gorgeous forest and its wild-life.Guests will enjoy a whole house and land to themselves on a slice of tranquil hinterland acreage with a running spring-fed creek and various fruit trees and orchards. Featuring 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and a brand new kitchen with all new furniture for Guest's convenience. In the interest of being family friendly, the property is also pet friendly however, the entire property is not fully fenced. Pets do have a large secure area at the front of the property, where fences surround the house.

Very peaceful yet close to many popular spots. Comfortable airconditioned house with a lovely rainforest view at the back and a nice outdoor entertaining area with a large table setting at the front. Good communication with the hosts
