We have 178 acres of beautiful land hidden in the hills of Tarome in the Scenic Rim community. An amazing view of the national park and Cunninghams Gap. There is a hidden creek at the back of the property that never runs dry, running from Gap Creek Falls at the top of Cunninghams Gap. The location is perfect for a quick getaway or long stay, complete privacy and little reception depending on your phone service, ensuring a peaceful camping stay. There is lots of activities within a short drive from the property including fishing at Lake Moogerah, hiking the mountain tops or having brunch at the amazing local cafe's in the area. Our campsites are hidden in the hills, down by the creek or out in the open. You will need a 4 WD to access the rear of the property. There are 3 x 2WD camping options for caravans over 17ft or those not off road. Depending on the type of vehicle and van will dictate your camping locations. Maximum caravan access for the rear of the property is 17ft off road van. This is due to the hill climb and a tight corner at the top. Dogs are welcome but must stay within the camp, be under control or on a leash. If you have friends who you want to invite but don't have camping gear that's okay, we have the option to hire a camper trailer. All they need to bring is food and drinks. Only 1 available, please see Extras. We welcome self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water. All human, food and general waste is to be removed upon leaving the campsite. We have fireplaces set up but if you prefer a different site for your fire please bring your own fire pit. Good Firewood for camp ovens etc is available for purchase under Extras. For this one off price we will supply you for wood for your whole stay. There is sometimes wood located at each campsite but the amount and quality is varied. Check in and out times are flexibility but please arrange time prior to arrivalWe have 178 acres of beautiful land hidden in the hills of Tarome in the Scenic Rim community. Over the Creek Camping
Communication was great. Phil and Carol are really nice and helpful. We were guided to our secluded campsite next to the creek. Getting to our campsite was a bit of fun with having to use our 4wd and low range. We were away from other campers. I wish we had more time to unwind. Our greyhound Pixie, loved being free and explored the creek with much enthusiasm. We will definitely be back. Thank you Phil & Carol

Over the Creek Camping
Beautiful secluded spot with spectacular scenery, and huge, flat area to spread out. Great for large groups as you have such a big area to yourself without seeing any other campers. Amazingly no flies or barely any. The creek is cool and clear. Would go back.

Over the Creek Camping
Such a beautiful spot on a lovely creek and so private. So much fun going over the 4wd track and my AwD was fine to negotiate the terrain. Absolutely loved walking up the hill for sunset looking a Cunningham's gap over rolling hills. Highly recommend this pace thanks Alannah and Phil

Loved it!
Amazing. Great hosts and great communication. Stunning spot. Can’t wait to go back very soon. Being able to rent toilets was a great touch. My only word of advice. If you’re camping with a group and rent a toilet. Lay down some ground rules and teach the group how to use them properly. Let’s just say the 3rd day was a fiasco! No problems till the majority of the group turned up Saturday and misused the toilets.
