Wonderful grassy, flat and spacious spot with great hosts. Garry has generations of local knowledge and happy to stop for a chat when he passes by during his long days working the property. Good base camp for exploring the Mary Valley or for a few quiet days relaxing. Heaps of firewood and a very clean portaloo provided on site. Four spots available but we had the whole space to ourselves ... bonus! It is also very accessible and not far off the road which had barely any traffic. We were on a shakedown with a new off-road van and found it a really nice spot to spend a few days.

The dogs have spoken and have rated this camp 12 out of 10! Free to run, to swim, explore and rest under the shade of the many large trees dotted throughout Mountain View Camping, what more could dogs want! And the humans loved it too ☺️ Very peaceful and rejuvenating w'end away, only 1.5 hours away from home in the north Brisbane suburbs. Picturesque, deep water hole beside the camping area - great for swimming, good level grounds to set up camper trailer, clean toilet available onsite, very well kept grounds, wonderful hosts, easy access to plenty of local attractions. We highly recommend and will be back for sure. Thank you!

We were lucky enough to have the entire camp to ourselves over the weekend - it was peaceful, well maintained, had firepits provided, a clean toilet, shaded, beautiful part of the world and the doggo loved being off leave most of the time!
Overall camp area is only relatively small (although there are 4 large sites spread 50-100m apart) so in peak periods with groups our experience may have differed.

We really liked the site. The whole area was well kept. A nice amount of trees with out hindering your ability to charge your solar The rolling hills and views of a working farm just added to the whole experience. Definitely recommend the camp to anyone.
