Please notify us if you are camping with other campers who have booked a separate site so we can have you camping beside each other. During busy times, most weekend bookings are a minimum of 2 nights with 1 night bookings during the week, however occasionally we will have 1 night bookings on weekends. Check with your host to see availability on 1 night bookings. Kayaks are provided free of charge for all campers to use in Yabba Creek. Please treat them respectfully and return them back to their launching place just below the powerlines. If you wish to bring along your own kayak, you can launch them at the walkway between campsite 8 and 9 where our camp kayaks are stored, however, cars are restricted from driving down to the water edge so you will have to carry them to the water to launch them. Please note that you are responsible for your own kayak. All campsites run parallel too the creek and are situated on the upper bank of Yabba Creek. Some have creek views, the other sites have trees between the creek and their site. All have mountain views. The main access to the creek is half way along the campground between site 8 and 9. Please do not leave your car parked in the walkway as this will block the entrance to campsite 9. Unfortunately, we lost many of our creek access points due to flooding. Our property is situated between Imbil and Lake Borumba on the beautiful Yabba Creek. We have 110 acres, with campsites on 20 acres. We have 1km of creek frontage. The creek offers fishing, swimming and kayaking. If you're lucky you'll spot the platypus in the creek and there's lots of birdlife around so bring your cameras! Kayaks are supplied free for all campers to use. We just ask that you treat them with respect and return them back to their launching place once you have finished with them. It would pay to pack your reef walkers as the river is rocky in spots. There is lots of space for motorhomes and large camping vehicles to maneuver and park. Plenty of flat spots for your tent or vehicle. This campsite has access to flushing toilets (toilets are situated approx. 400m from the camp sites) and water (rainwater), but you will need to bring your own camping shower. Campfires are permitted outside of fire-ban season (please use the existing firepits). Firewood is available and can be delivered to your site by our local contractor. Cost is $20 for a generous load or $10 for a half load. The property features a gorgeous rainforest with a walking track that you can follow safely, and you can also access the state forest next door if you're up for a bigger adventure. Lake Borumba is just down the road which permits water skiing, boating, fishing and other water recreation. The town ship of Imbil is only 7 minutes away where you can visit the many cafes, bakeries, The Imbil pub, Sunday markets, Produce and hardware store, supermarket, butcher, clothing shops, hairdresser, fishing supplies, Petrol station, post office and more. We are a working cattle and horse property but we do allow pets, however pet owners will need to abide by the rules as set out under the Rules and Safety "Pets" section. Please note that there is a rifle range within hearing distance from Maluka Park and campers may at times on weekends hear gunshots. This generally only goes for a few hours. Our property is situated between Imbil and Lake Borumba on the beautiful Yabba Creek.  We have 110 acres, with campsites on 40 acres. We have 1km of creek frontage. The creek has ample room for fishing, swimming and even kayaking. Maluka Park
Green & welcoming
Flat and green when we stayed, great to have toilets available. Great for families as the hosts are lovely and have set up kayaks and walking trails with great instructions. Yes you can hear the rifle range but we just imagined it was the ocean ;)

Maluka Park is a great river front location, large well maintained sites with creek access. Toilets available on the property too along with a great bush walk and kayaks.

Sensational spot
Absolutely beautiful location. Manicured private camping spots along the river. I loved the walking tracks and took the dogs walking on them daily. Wonderful welcoming hosts. We will be back.

Maluka Park
We had a fantastic time camping at Maluka Park! Brian was incredibly welcoming, and the spacious layout between campsites provided plenty of privacy. The park was dog-friendly, and everyone was respectful. We had a lot of fun trying to keep the dogs in the kayaks while on the river! The grounds were beautifully maintained, and the toilets were spotless. We also loved the lookout and enjoyed the bush walk. Our apologies for leaving a campfire mess; we'll make sure to use an existing fire spot next time.

Weekend getaway
Beautiful campsites, great little rainforest walk and sunset view point, canoeing and kayaking available with brand new equipment. Fantastic hosts who greeted us on arrival and took us to campsite, $20 for firewood brought to your campsite. Would highly recommend.
