Thanks so much Peter and Melinda for sharing your property with us. We had a fantastic time, and can't wait to venture back. What an amazing patch of the earth.

A must visit.
Wow. What a spot!! We ended up here after a detour due to the highway been closed and I’m glad we were! This place is a gem. Peter and Melinda have created a magic camping spot. Met by Peter at the entrance and shown great directions around the property. Options of right on the river or on a rise with a great view. Fire pits provided. Toilets, while portaloos, were some of the cleanest, nicest toilets I’ve seen anywhere. Manicured grass and a visit from friendly cows. Peter and Melinda, you should be so proud of the product you are offering and I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Great location right on the river, with plenty of space between the large camp-sites.

I was met at the gate by Peter, he explained the layout of the camping area and made suggestions on where to go. Just fantastic, everything was great. A huge area to camp in, very clean toilets that were attended to daily and a spacious, clean and hot/cold shower. I want to write this review just on the shower but that would be doing the rest of my stay a disservice. It is obvious that Peter has put in a lot of work to get this camp site where it is and spends a lot of time maintaining it. Open spaces, fire pits, fishing, cows, easy access and lots to see in the surrounding areas. I couldn't have hoped for more.

Tidy and clean , we went there to camp and fish With the kids , they were so excited about going fishing, unfortunately only one spot to fish and it was taken, we were definitely not interested in walking through mangroves and mud with an 8 and 4 year old just to go fishing, the spot we went last weekend before and only $17 a night and so much more to offer , check in early , my children absolutely loved it , an awesome family spot especially if you have dogs which we don’t, this place this weekend was a bit of a disappointment sprinklers running all night kids were cold couldn’t sit out side because of the wind and the water , ,
