Creekside Camping - Platypus Cove
Creekside tranquility!
We loved being Creek side on Kerry's land, we had a fairly private space with shady trees whilst plenty of room to set up and enjoy an open site with firepit and sounds of many birds and native animals, aswell as the mooing of the neighboring cows. A really lovely spot for a very relaxing camping weekend, the toilet and shower facilities were great and always clean and great water pressure.

Drover’s Flat 1
A relaxing weekend spent on Drovers Flat. Met with Kerry briefly beforehand at the Kadanga Hotel for checking in. The campgrounds offers spaced out sites. Although the ’Eiffel Tower of Power’ detracts from the scenery, we enjoyed our stay and made great use of the kayaks provided, exploring the creek and searching for wildlife. Had a great time, thank you.

Platypus claims are real.❤️
Just spent a week at this fabulous slither of paradise. So relaxing and quiet, just what we needed. The facilities are kept very clean. The highlight was watching the platypus playing in the creek. Well worth the early morning rises and the sitting completely still watching the water. We will be back.

Quiet and Empty
Plenty of space and only 1 other group there all weekend. Upside > Walk to the creek, kayaks provided, Walk to the pub, super quiet. only 1 house on the other side of the creek. clean shower and toilet block. Farm animals for the kids, plenty of open space for a game of cricket Downside > Overhead powerlines (but don't notice them at night), hot water wasn't working. But we'll be back

Loved the camping spot beautiful at the moment with warm days and chilly nights. Kayaking was great along the river stunning surroundings immersed in nature. Wasn't crowded. Amenities block did the job, but nothing fancy. Spotted a koala at the camp ground!
