Whatever your choice, we have your favourite activities sorted.
This campsite offers a serene escape with its spacious grounds and proximity to the creek, which is a hit for those who enjoy kayaking. Visitors praise the clean facilities and the chance to spot wildlife like platypuses and koalas. However, a significant downside for some is the presence of a power line tower, which can be noisy at night and detracts from the natural setting. Despite some minor inconveniences like shared spaces and occasional noise, the overall experience is positive, with many appreciating the peacefulness and natural beauty.
My friends and I loved camping here! Perfect weekend get away - being able to have a fire was awesome and the kayaks in the creek were so fun. The bathroom facility was very clean. If in need of anything, the town is so close (drinks, firewood, snacks). Thank you!!
AMAZING creek with platypus, trees, free kayaks to use. Lovely scenery and farm animals.
The only negative is the massive power/transmission tower radiating power…. For those a bit more concerned about the effects might not want to book here
Fantastic experience. Kerry was so lovely and made the trip incredibly welcoming. Great big open space. We looked for Platypus and Koalas but unfortunately didn’t see any. Hung out with the animals on the property and went for a kayak. Am keen to book again!
Overall we had a good stay, however, it wasn’t specified that we would be sharing the site with other campers. They weren’t loud but we were hoping for a more private camp.
Got to see some sheep, goats and horses at the site which was fun. Toilet and shower facilities were excellent, kept clean and topped up at all times.
Close walk to pub and little corner store, maybe 10 mins.
