Iron Gate is a working cotton farm. We offer private camp sites on the bank of the Dawson River, 10 minutes from Theodore. The property has beautiful sunsets, abundant bird life, fishing, wildlife. Campers must be self contained. Pets ok but must be kept restrained due to sheep and donkeys on property.All sites as per property description, lots of room to accommodate any set up. The ground is flat and spacious. Views of nearby mountain range.

A very peaceful spot beside the Dawson River. Great for fishing or just relaxing. We only stayed one night, but would return for longer.

Quite, private away from the crowd
Great private spot, better than staying with the others at Theodore. Friendly informative host, camp-fire and heaps of birdlife. Would stay again
