Hold it Flats is a 120 acre property that borders the beautiful O'Connell River that has water all year round. Take a walk around the property to check out some of the creatures that have been built out of scrap metal and bush bars that have been built all around the property. There is nice shady trees, green grass and flat camping sites right beside the river with hot showers and flushing toilets. There is plenty of room and some great tracks for the kids and the big kids to ride their push bikes on. The swimming hole is about 2 meters deep and has big shady trees on the edge. There is also enough room for kids to bring their kayaks and have a paddle along the river. We have some hiking tracks up around the hills of our property that have amazing views of the area. All campsites can be provided with their own fire pit. You just pick your spot and we will bring a portable fire pit to you. Fire wood can be purchased at the property. All rubbish must be taken when you, there are no rubbish bins provided.

Hold It Flats Grassed Flat Camping
Tranquil Camp by the Creek 💚
My friend and I met up and stayed for a night, whilst us setting up camp Katie came on by and made sure we were all good for everything, firewood etc. We also were able to leave one car (at a daily rate that's very affordable) safe on their property while we headed north on a hike. Their amenities were amazing, hot showers and beautifully clean and fresh. Sites are spacious with lovely shade plus the fire pits that are stated. The creek is just gorgeous and such a refreshing swim, plus very relaxing watching the turtles, little fish and birds while you enjoy your morning or arvy beverage. Can't wait for our 5 night stay with the family booked in a few weeks time 🙌 💚

Peaceful, beautiful grassy sites with plenty of shade. Lots of room for the kids to ride bikes. We loved it!

Hold It Flats Riverfront Camping
A beautifully maintained well set out campground with great showers and clean toilets. The river front camps are amazing especially 1,2 and 3 you can hear the water running over the rocks. The host is friendly and very welcoming, such a lovely relaxing campground will definitely be back.

Had a great weekend there camping on the grassed area. Loved the walk up the hills and the view was beautiful. Hot showers and flushing toilets.
