We are located in the hills of Cedar Pocket, just 20 minutes drive from Gympie where you can pick up your meal ingredients and other supplies. From here it’s an hour’s drive to Rainbow Beach and there are many local attractions only a short drive away. Or you may prefer to laze around, read a book, perhaps do some yoga and relax as you gaze at the sun shimmering off the dam water as dragonflies flutter about. Heart and Soul is a secluded cabin offering getaways for adults only. If you’re after tranquillity and seclusion we have just the place for you. Here you will be surrounded by rolling hills and magnificent mountain views without another house or human in sight. This gorgeous little cabin is fully a off grid facility catering for couples or solo stays. The cabin is fully contained with all that you need for a comfortable stay looking out over spectacular scenery. It sits nestled in between undulating hills of lush green grass, perched on the edge of a dam filled with water lillies. The spring fed dam attracts the local wildlife and our farm cows visit daily. Our new sunset BBQ area is almost finished, where you’ll be able to make delicious meals. Heart and Soul

Perfect for the “heart and soul”

The wife and I stayed for 2 nights for our wedding anniversary. It was just what we needed after a hectic year…away from suburbia and the daily grind, to rolling green hills and watching the cows graze as we awoke on sunrise. Thanks to Jack and Nina who were amazing hosts and only too happy to help when needed. Highly recommend!

Heart and soul was a beautiful and peaceful place to stay, equip with everything we needed for a weekend getaway. My partner and I stayed for a long weekend and despite some initial bad weather, the place was so comfy and cozy, beautifully furnished. Nina was so kind and easy to communicate to. She was flexible with our stay and our needs. 100% would recommend if you’re looking for a picturesque time away

Romantic Getaway

This is a beautiful and private retreat, not anther soul in site. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Perfect place for a romantic getaway. We would definitely recommend a stay here and will be back.

What a lovely cabin and breathtaking views. Cabin had everything we needed and the cows and camels visiting all day long meant we were always entertained. Nina the host is very helpful and was always responsive when we needed her.

Their cabin beside a dam is a perfect few day getaway. Nice and secluded, no reception if you are with Optus, but that makes it better if you don't want to be disturbed. It is a small drive out of Gympie, so make sure you have your food and drink ready. Saying that, the cooking facilities is more than enough to cook for 2 people. We had a lovely stay and would stay there again.

Nina’s place was immaculate! We got there in the middle of a thunderstorm but that did not ruin the experience, if anything it makes cozying up by the fireplace all the better!
