We have over 12 acres of private, tropical parkland, that runs right along the Crystal Creek in Mutarnee, QLD. 2 hectares of this land is between the Crystal Creek Caravan Park and the Crystal Creek itself. This area has it's own amenities block (toilets and showers) and access to water. There is a large communal campfire in the middle, and plenty of space for a perfect getaway! Should you require it, there is also access to the caravan park's amenities block which includes more toilets and showers, a camp kitchen, and a laundry. This camp is right across the road from the Paluma National Park, little Crystal Creek, Big Crystal Creek, and numerous natural swimming holes. Right behind the camp is a boat ramp, and the beach is 10 minutes away. You will have access to walking tracks, mountain bike trails, bird-watching, swimming, fishing, crabbing... the list is endless!A beautiful, grassy, 2-acre area right next to Crystal Creek. Guests will have access to amenities by the creek with flushing toilets and showers. There are no power points here, but guests will have access to potable water. There is a communal firepit in the middle of the grounds for your use. Pull in and pick your spot! Access to the camping area is through the Crystal Creek Caravan Park.

The campsite and facilities were very clean. Good to be able to other facilities like swimming pool. Very shady and peaceful.

Crystal Creek Campsite
Has to be the site of our adventure, awesome amenities, so clean, so organised and so accommodating to our special needs havingour pets and disabilities. Thank you Nat and Kim, we will always be grateful for everything you amazing women did for us.

Spacious Sites
Overall it was a good site and the main caravan park amenities were fantastic if you wanted to use them. But we found the photos misleading thinking we would be camping near a creek which we were disappointed by. There is a creek but it is over the grassed field and then a 50m walk through the gate and down but the embankment which is up a bit and you cannot access the creek.

Crystal Creek Campsite
Stayed one night, just a quick camp with kids. Lots of places to set up camp, flat and shadey around sides of area. Toilets/Showers pretty basic, but can always walk up to the caravan park ones, as there are more there. Site is on the back of the caravan park, so secure access and easy to find. The van park has some nice sites as well. Couple of downside but not deal breakers, in afternoon there were heaps of mozzies so pack spray. Rainforest and water nearby make mozzies happy. Also didn't realise that access to crystal creek from the site was pretty poor, but if you go for a five minute drive down the road there are large parts of crystal creek where you can park and swim. Would definitely stay again.

Overall we had a great experience and loved having your own space, only disappointing thing were the cleanliness of the toilets/showers and the toilet paper ran out.
