Camp on our beautiful bush property. Walking tracks and great for bird watching and searching for wildlife. Large open area for outdoor activities. Bush kitchen with wood stove available for use. Large picnic table and fire pit for communal use. We offer small group camping or exclusive whole-site booking for Cheriton Bush Camp. No chainsaws to be used on the property. BYO fire wood or we can supply 15kg for $10. Personal fires permitted but above ground fireplaces must be used. We have a small amount for hire for $5.00 each. Generators permitted between the hours of 7am and 9pm only. Pets allowed but need to be on a lead at all times. Unisex flushing toilets with non-potable water. Must bring your own drinking water. We have a Beach Volleyball court, basketball hoop and swing set. Lots to see in the area. Hillview Drive Mountain Bike Trail and Brisbane Valley Rail Trail are a short walk/bike ride from the property. Canoe/Kayak entry point to the Brisbane river off Kholo Road (5km) Our price of $20.00 per site is aimed at two adults and up to three children. Each set up (tent, van or vehicle) is a separate site. If you are a group of campers, each will need to book their own site. Please feel free to contact us should you require more details. 5 day maximum stay allowed.

Cheriton Bush Camping
Cheriton Bush Camp is spacious, serene and has the required amenities. In particular, I would recommend to my Bhutanese colleagues to explore this place for a dart game. You can make your day full of excitement! I would certainly plan for a next visit to this place.

It was awesome the kids loved if for their first camping trip. Sadly the weather was not good at night so we had to bail. But will definitely be coming back

Cheriton Bush Camping
On arrival the area was much bigger than expected, volleyball court, undercover bar, small playground, swings, big communal fire pits and plenty of flat space, and the toilet facilities are immaculate!! Ground was a bit hard in places, but having screw in tent pegs made the job easy. Nice and quiet at night, close to highway but minimal noise disruption during the day. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side and we had to leave early, but absolutely recommend this site for a getaway, luckily we live quite close and will be staying here often. Easy 5 stars for Cheriton, we loved every minute of our stay.

Cheriton Bush Camping
I would definitely recommend Cheriton Bush Camp to my friends who would like to play a dart game. Cheriton Bush Camp is spacious with serene atmosphere. It has toilet facilities and a provision for campfire. I have been to this site thrice and I would love to visit again in the near future.

Cheriton Bush Camping
Bush camp site close to everything.
Great spot near to Brisbane, Ipswich, and Toowoomba. Easy to find with level camping spots suitable for vehicle based camping or minimalistic camping, if that is your thing. Toilets are clean and very well maintained. I use this location to test out new camping kit in a comfortable and safe location. Happy to recommend to first time campers or to experienced folk who just want to get away for a few days. The area is pet friendly and my bestie enjoyed the latest adventure.
