We loved our time here, great communication from our hosts. Our girls loved their chickens, playing on the playground, the lovely fire set up complete with wood and fresh yummy eggs. We enjoyed watching the resident owl watch us. Couldnāt find a better more private spot in Hervey Bay. Thank you so much xx

Relaxing Stay Under Palm Trees
I had a great stay at this Hipcamp! The private space beneath the palm trees was perfect for relaxing, and I really appreciated the well-maintained fireplace. Itās just a 15-minute walk or short drive from the beach, which was a big plus. While a toilet on-site would be nice, and you might hear an occasional car passing by, bringing mosquito repellent is a good idea. Overall, very positive experience!

Fantastic family friendly stay
We enjoyed several days over at Casa Gilmour. Steph and Dave went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and their children were so friendly and welcoming to our girls as well. They have a Labrador pup that is adorable and chickens that were loved by our daughters too. Steph and Dave had just completed their lap and gave us invaluable advice. It was also lovely to catch up for a chat and just exchange our experiences. We were sad to leave and will look forward to staying here again!
