Our peaceful retreat is situated just 10km away from the pristine Mudjimba Beach and a convenient 4km from Nambour. Experience the tranquility of our unpowered campsites along the picturesque Petrie Creek, offering opportunities for fishing, kayaking, and other water activities. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the creek as you indulge in your favorite pastimes. Spread across 14 acres, our farm is home to a delightful array of animals including cows, sheep, pigs, chickens, and ducks. Feel free to interact with and feed our friendly animals, truly immersing yourself in the joys of nature.

Creek Site 1
A great spot to camp while passing through. I was the only person camping but there are only a couple of sites so it won't get over crowded. A short drive to everything you would need with an easy check in.

We enjoyed our stay at Canecutters Rest - it was a good site for our tent and gazebo, flat and grassy with plenty of room beside the creek. Very quiet with lots of birdlife and the occasional plop of fish in the creek. Conviently close to the major centres. Will definitely stay again!

This has been my favourite hip camp so far. Good fishing. Lovely views. Well kept. Accomodating host. Perfect for dogs. Will be coming back here again for sure

Creek Site Wonderful
Fabulous place ! Site 3 def the pick , beautiful camp spot next to the creek . Flat area, cut grass , well maintained. Lachlan was lovely and brought us our eggs and feed for the animals - the little lambs were so cute. Beach so close and so nice to return to the camp site for peace. Highway can be heard but more of a hum than obnoxious noise. We loved our long weekend here and will be back.

So near but so far away!
An amazing spot so close to everything yet so far away! Beautiful creek side sites with plenty of room, distance from other campers and peaceful surrounds. Great for kids to feed the cattle, sheep & ducks. Nambour is 6 minutes away for forgotten items, supply top ups & emergency coffee!! Highly recommend for those touring around looking for an easy access site for a few nights and families who like to camp but also like the beach!
