Burrum Shores Campgrounds offers well maintained grassy sites with direct access to the beach. Access to the camp sites is via a dirt track. Accessible for 2wd vehicles with decent ground clearance and 4wd vehicles. We now have our toilets and showers completed and open. We can accept bookings from caravans, motorhomes, campers, camper trailers, tents, roof top tents and swags on select sites. Please refer to the individual site listings to ensure your camping setup is compatible with your site. Grey water must be captured in a grey water tank or a bucket and can be emptied onsite as advised by caretakers. ____________________________________________________________________________ Campfires are welcome in a raised fire pit, either bring your own or use one of our communal campfire areas. Firewood and kindling is available for purchase on arrival. You will have access to our town water drinking taps to fill your water tanks and we also have a dump point on the property. All sites are pet friendly. We ask that you keep your dogs on leash all of the time. Our only rules are that you respect the property and other guests and no generators. We look forward to welcoming you to our special spot.

Great restful stay at Burrum Shores
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Burrum Shores. Beachfront 4 was an excellent site and we loved watching the sunrise over the bay. Our two dogs had the best time as well and we appreciated the easy access to the dog friendly beach. The facilities were clean and the hosts very friendly and helpful. Having access to power and extra water if we needed it was also much appreciated.

Wish we stayed longer! Beautiful, peaceful spot right on the beach. Beats all of the other camp sites we’ve been to so far. Great facilities, and super friendly hosts & owners - we’ll be back for sure!

Such a beautiful spot. Clean amenities and very friendly care takers. Very well run spot would highly recommend. We miss it already having downgraded to a jam packed van park in Hervey Bay!

Sunrise Site 2
The site we had, Sunshine 2, have us not only a decent sea view but an unobstructed view of the lake towards the west, where we witnessed magical sunsets. Facilities were close by and well maintained. Sometimes I am loathe to sing the praises of some camps as I know it only encourages more people to go there. But, that's the price you pay, so give credit where it is due.
