Burrum Shores Campgrounds offers well maintained grassy sites with direct access to the beach. Access to the camp sites is via a dirt track. Accessible for 2wd vehicles with decent ground clearance and 4wd vehicles. We now have our toilets and showers completed and open. We can accept bookings from caravans, motorhomes, campers, camper trailers, tents, roof top tents and swags on select sites. Please refer to the individual site listings to ensure your camping setup is compatible with your site. Grey water must be captured in a grey water tank or a bucket and can be emptied onsite as advised by caretakers. ____________________________________________________________________________ Campfires are welcome in a raised fire pit, either bring your own or use one of our communal campfire areas. Firewood and kindling is available for purchase on arrival. You will have access to our town water drinking taps to fill your water tanks and we also have a dump point on the property. All sites are pet friendly. We ask that you keep your dogs on leash all of the time. Our only rules are that you respect the property and other guests and no generators. We look forward to welcoming you to our special spot.

We have just returned from a weeks holiday on beachfront 3. Our holiday was made even better than just a perfect site as Gary and Michelle the caretakers are absolutely wonderful hosts and keep the place spotless. The camp kitchen smokers are fantastic too. Thank you for making our holiday extra special, we will be back 🏖️

One Tree Island Site 9
Great access to the beach and facilities are awesome. One Tree was perfect for our group. Michael and the team respond quickly and nothing is too much trouble.

Beach Front Site 2
We had an awesome time at Burrum Shores for my 40th. The amenities were amazing and my hubby loved being able to use the Traeger’s to smoke his pork and beef.

Sunrise Site 1
Beach paradise on Hervey Bay
Great location right on the water. We were on Sunrise 1 which was one of the best spots, I not 1 back from the beach and views over the pond. Great sunsets and awesome location. Did some brief kiteboarding out the front which was great. The kids loved the dirt pump track. A short drive down to Hervey Bay for whale watching cruises, markets and food. Did have a small brown snake come under our van so keep things tidy and be aware.
