Buranga Farm is a small organic family-run farm on 60 acres in the Noosa hinterland only ten minutes from Peregian Beach. The property is largely flat with a hill on the Eastern side and a ridgeline at the very back of the property. There are plenty of cleared open areas as well as a mix of lightly treed and native vegetation. Site one and two are located on the hillside looking west to Mount Cooroy and are best suited for couples. Sites three and four share a large open grassed area the flows down to the main dam that offers great swimming. All areas of the property are open to campers to walk through and explore. The farm comprises a series of ponds near the road that are in the process of being renovated for Red Claw Crayfish. There are fruit trees and veggie gardens around the house, as well as a horse and house cow that guests are welcome to interact with. The balance of the land is either grazed by our small herd of Murray Grey Cattle or set aside for regeneration. Dog friendly. Simle composting/drop toilet available.All camp sites have access to flat areas for tents etc. unisex compost toilets, swimming dams and reticulated dam water. This listing caters for groups and large family bookings. You're welcome to book out both sites for up to 20 guests. Children under seven years of age are FREE! So, please so do not include them in your booking numbers, but do let us know of them via a message. We have also just laid gravel on the roads, so we are all set to go for a potentially wet summer. We are a family of six working towards creating a Bio-dynamic/Organic farm and wildlife sanctuary with Chooks, Cows, a Horse, Veggie Garden and Red Claw Crayfish coming soon. Please let us know if you or your children would like to help us out during your stay - anything from feeding the animals, weeding the garden or removing lantana. There is plenty to do within the farm itself and Noosa/Peregian/Eumundi just a short drive away - the best of both worlds. Please be aware that the total length for vehicle and caravan combo is 34 ft - from the rear of the van to the front of the car.

quiet spot good owners 6/10 site
Overall we had a great experience, sadly our site was a bit dusty and the water is swimmable but a bit muddy, the owners how ever were incredibly nice.

Awesome spot, so peaceful in nature plus the little lake & canoe is fun for a paddle. Close to Eumundi markets/Sunshine Coast etc. Super easy communication with Gretta. Loved it- thanks heaps :)

Over priced
We had already stayed 5 nights at $24pn , then decided to stay one more being a Friday night we were charged $34 including fees . $34 for a Hipcamp, no power or water connection really ???

Time to Reflect
Very peaceful, many sites to chose from looking over a large Dam, camp in the shade or sun, I have a largish Caravan and managed to find a nice spot, good spot for camping as well, open fires ok plenty of seasoned timber on site. Short trip into Noosa for shopping, food or the Beach.

Good site to camp no one around us but was incredibly dusty and sandy little to no grass and the pond was not that great to swim in covered in mud getting out and the kayak may need some pinch weld on mate and I cut ourselves on it as it’s pretty sharp

We had a great quiet site, secluded site next to the lake, was perfect for our weekend getaway. Sites are well spaced so you are not camping on top of each other.
