My 100 acre grassland property is mostly natural ironbark grassland, bounded by the Condamine River to the east and the sealed Cullendore Road to the west. Grazing and farmland to the north and south. The nearest neighbours live a distance of approximately 1.5 km away, so peace and quiet is guaranteed. ALL Camping areas are accessable by small sedan type vehicles I encourage bikes and walking, over the entire property, but Motor Bikes, and rough FourWheel Driving are not allowed. The 4 Camping areas are: * RIVERSIDE.. 10 level camping sites are available, suitable for single campers, or family groups, right beside the Condamine * RIVERCAMP another area of mostley level dispersed sites are avialable in close proximatiy to the River, scattered around the trees, and the Dam, but still having direct access to an open section of the river bank, for swimmimg, fishing or Kayaking * MIDCAMP.. 7 level sites approximatly 200 meters up from the Comdamine River, and overlooking (and access to) the rivercamp, surrounded by mature "Iron Bark" trees and grassland, Plus several more dispersed sites, suitable for all types of camping from Vans to Tents. This area also includes a small number of powered sites * TOP CAMP.. This open area is approximately another 150 metres up the hill from from midcamp, overlooking both Mid & Rivercamps, with 360deg views, has 3 large flat sites. plus many more dispersed sites, also suitable for all types of camping vehicles *Wood for your campfire is available to purchase, or you are welcome to bring your own. *Showers and toilets are situated within easy walking distance at all camp sites *Lots to see and experience in nearby Warwick and the Granite Belt. Dogs are welcome and must be controlled by owners at all times.

Such a beautiful property with so much space and room! Very private and quiet. Bruce was a wonderful host. Will definitely be staying back here!

Bruce was very accommodating and come around to check everything was ok. Property was in good condition and well maintained. Facilities were clean. Would definitely return back again.

Absolutely outstanding! Both the land and the experience. First of all Bruce was so welcoming he made you feel at home and gave you a run down of the land and his facilities which where also top notch. So much wildlife to see on his peaceful and well kept tidy property. We did not want to leave and will definitely be back this was the best camping experience I have had. Would fully recommend to anyone looking for the best camping experience.

We loved our time camping in Elbow Valley. The camping sites are spread out with great access to toilets and fire pits.

Riverside Camping site 1
One of the best sites I have stayed at. We spent 2 nights perched right on the Condamine river and they were magnificent. The fish were biting and there was no one within 50m of us. Bruce is an amazing host and a pleasure to chat with when he does his rounds. He even helped some new campers set up their gear when they turned up at 8pm. We lost a gazebo due to the extreme wind we experienced, but Bruce took it off our hands. Didn't even have to ask. Just a great human with a beautiful piece of Australia. Definitely get here if you can.
