My 100 acre grassland property is mostly natural ironbark grassland, bounded by the Condamine River to the east and the sealed Cullendore Road to the west. Grazing and farmland to the north and south. The nearest neighbours live a distance of approximately 1.5 km away, so peace and quiet is guaranteed. ALL Camping areas are accessable by small sedan type vehicles I encourage bikes and walking, over the entire property, but Motor Bikes, and rough FourWheel Driving are not allowed. The 4 Camping areas are: * RIVERSIDE.. 10 level camping sites are available, suitable for single campers, or family groups, right beside the Condamine River * RIVERCAMP another area of mostley level dispersed sites are avialable in close proximatiy to the River, scattered around the trees, and the Dam, but still having direct access to an open section of the river bank, for swimmimg, fishing or Kayaking * MIDCAMP.. 7 level sites approximatly 200 meters up from the Comdamine River, and overlooking (and access to) the rivercamp, surrounded by mature "Iron Bark" trees and grassland, Plus several more dispersed sites, suitable for all types of camping from Vans to Tents. This area also includes a small number of powered sites * TOP CAMP.. This open area is approximately another 150 metres up the hill from from midcamp, overlooking both Mid & Rivercamps, with 360deg views, has 3 large flat sites. plus many more dispersed sites, also suitable for all types of camping vehicles *Wood for your campfire is available to purchase, or you are welcome to bring your own. *Showers and toilets are situated within easy walking distance at all camp sites *Lots to see and experience in nearby Warwick and the Granite Belt. Dogs are welcome but must be controlled by owners at all times.

Relaxing ☺️
We recently visited Berrima Farm Stay. And well, you could ask for better hosts. Bruce and Neale were both very helpful, and great hosts. We had such a good time that hubby went back for more just a week later. Happily recommend.

Relaxing weekend away
We stayed at the top of the hill with gorgeous views and a nice cool breeze. Our dogs especially enjoyed the big open spaces, we didn’t have anyone around us so they could run around freely. We’ll definitely be back for more weekends away

Great spot for the group size we were with. Bruce is a fantastic host and Neale was really helpful. Loved the space we had without others camping too close.

Camping with kids!
Loved tent camping at Bruce's place.. was very friendly and helpful when we arrived. Showed us down to the camp sites. Once we were set up, wood was bought down to us.. toilet and shower both within walking distance of the sites! Overall was a great experience
