Bares Hideaway
A Fantastic Farm Stay at Bares Hide
If you're looking for a unique and memorable camping experience, look no further than Bares Hideaway. This charming campsite, nestled in the heart of a working farm, offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible hospitality provided by our host, Paul. From the moment we arrived, Paul went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. He took the time to give us a personal tour of the farm, introducing us to the various animals and sharing fascinating insights into farm life. My 4-year-old was absolutely thrilled to get up close and personal with the friendly creatures, making it an educational and entertaining experience for the whole family. The campsite itself is well-maintained and offers a range of great amenities. Whether you prefer to pitch your own tent or stay in one of the cozy cabins, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The shared facilities, including the bathrooms and cooking areas, were clean and well-stocked throughout our visit. One of the most appealing aspects of Bares Hideaway is the opportunity to immerse yourself in the daily workings of the farm. Paul encouraged us to participate in feeding the animals and even allowed us to collect fresh eggs for our breakfast. This hands-on experience added an extra layer of fun and authenticity to our stay. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Bares Hideaway to anyon

Bares Hideaway
You will want to return
We will absolutely visit Bares Hideaway again. We could not fault this camp area. The facilities are immaculate, proper flushing toilets and hot (indoor and outdoor) showers!! The goats especially Benjamin made us laugh many times. You’re only an hour out of Brisbane but it feels much further. All you see are trees. Trees surround the entire camp grounds It was lovely meeting Paul and Tracey who were so welcoming to their property. They even let us see the piglets!!

Bares Hideaway
Great weekend
Great spot so close to Brisbane, ideal for a weekend stay. Great for kids with perfect toilets and showers. Beware of Ben the goat who will go after any food left unattended. He's not aggressive but you need to watch your little ones while eating! Lovely hosts too!

Bares Hideaway
All-round top spot!
Beautiful and quiet spot, fortunate to by visited by adorable animals including Ben the goat who enjoys to see what’s going on and sample any leftovers (so make sure you don’t leave food out). Loved the setup of the site which has excellent amenities (toilet, shower). Paul and Tracy were great hosts! Will definitely be back.
