Bare Camp is a Clothing Optional (nudist preferred) 346 acre property. It is a bush land block of Brigalow, Cypress, Wattle and other natives. There are small waterholes throughout one section of the property during the wetter months, a creek up the back and a dam near the house area. There is a wide variety of bird life on the property. There are often kangaroos and wallabies to be seen, and be on the look out for the elusive emus. There are some tracks through the property and more to be made. We are a work in progress. Room for RVs, trailers and tent camping. We are a totally off-grid property here. There is tank water available, you will need to filter or boil, and an outdoor shower to use. We just ask for quick showers to save water. We have a composting toilet to use if you aren't self sufficient. You are welcome to enjoy a fireside chat and drink with us in the evenings or just do your own thing. We won't be offended. We invite all people from all backgrounds and persuasions who love to be naked in nature to come and enjoy our little piece of paradise. Any disrespectful behavior and you will be asked to leave.Bare Camp Retreat is a Clothing Optional (nudist preferred) 346 acre property. No judgements from us. We just ask for respectful behaviour for all of the guests. Please feel free to ask us about any of your needs or wants. We have many sites that you can choose to camp at, depending on what you want your experience to be? Our only restrictions will be determined by the weather and access to certain areas in the wet. We will give you relevant advice. It you get bogged and require us to rescue you, there will now be a rescue charge of $300. If our equipment is damaged in the process of rescuing you, then you will be charged that expense as well as the $300 fee. We have a small farm of goats, sheep, Turkey, Guinea fowl, chickens, ducks, pet pigs and geese. Mostly they free range during the day. So be prepared for inquisitive visitors. If you want to help feed them at feeding time, you may. If we have excess eggs, you may purchase them from us. We have a glamping camper trailer to rent if you don't have your own. It is listed in extras. We ask that when you book that you contact us with an arrival time as soon as you know. This is so that we can lock the pigs and the dogs away before you get here.

Loved our time there. Helping feeding the animals. Having a good walk in the bush. Having a camp fire next to your dam. Thank you Jody and Michael. If we are ever in your part of Australia we will be back.

I recently stayed two nights at Michael & Jody's. It was a very relaxing time, lots of tracks to walk, plenty of privacy, and fun just chilling by the tent or on the patio with many friendly farm animal visitors. Michael & Jody are very welcoming, inclusive and thoughtful.
