****P L E A S E ******R E A D ********T H I S **********W H O L E *************D E S C R I P T I O N!!!!**** GARBAGE MUST BE BROUGHT HOME WITH YOU!!!! If you bring it here, it goes home with you. We had a group not understand this so I want to make sure it is clear. Firewood is for sale here for CASH! Please bring CASH with you. Sixty acres of magical trees, a one acre pond, and a three acre field. From the road there is a two hundred foot elevation gain to the top of the hill. Along the way are several hundred feet of rock ledges, caves, and critters. Most of the land is sloping, but the hilltop is flat as a table, with prehistoric-looking ferns under a dense canopy of mature trees. The campsites are ultra secluded- about a quarter mile apart from each other. All sites include a fire pit, cooking grate, picnic table, and sites 2&3 have platforms. Camp ONE: is on the top of the hill, and a small car can be driven to within 150 feet of it. It is pretty flat, and surrounded by blackberry bushes, ferns, and trees. Camp TWO: is on a bluff overlooking a picturesque swamp, filled with hemlock trees and ferns. This site can not be driven to with anything less than a high clearance SUV (ie- jeep wrangler), so I consider it a hike in site. It is under a ten minute walk from the pond and parking lot, but the view and feel is worth it. (It has been brought to our attention that there is occasionally a group riding atvs on a neighboring property that are audible from this site. We have no control over what time it happens, so please keep this in mind) Camp THREE: is accessible with a four wheel drive vehicle, something at least as high as an SUV. It is the closest to the house and pond, but still far enough to feel secluded and completely private. If you choose to walk there, it’s only a couple minutes from the parking area. Throughout the property, there are many quiet places to hang out, flat spots to do yoga, trails to explore, and fishing and swimming in the beautiful pond. We are also just ten minutes from the Upper Delaware River, and all it has to offer. If you have any questions or want something you don’t see here, send me a message. Instagram.com/campquiltedwoods

1 Blackberry Mesa (camp 1)
My Go-To Relaxation Zone
Dan's land holds a special place in my heart and the amount of times I camp here every year will tell you that alone. This weekend of camping was a much different experience for me as I had never stayed during the transition from fall into winter. Without the foliage to block the view from the top of Dan's property, I could now see the Delaware River and the rest of the surrounding land. It was really breathtaking to see. Seeing the land with this new perspective was worth it alone for me. As always Dan and his family made us really comfortable and at home during our stay, providing us with a lot of firewood with the freezing temperatures at night. Dan is super communicative and fast with his responses, if there is anything else you need during your stay. He gave us insight about a hike we were going to take to Jensen's Ledge that was super helpful as well (also definitely take that hike overlooking the Delaware). I can't recommend this Hipcamp enough. I am counting down the days until I return this spring! It's a truly special place in an ever-increasing corporate, bland, and mediocre world. Don't hesitate in booking your next camping trip here :)

This was our third time at Quilted woods and we've always enjoyed our stay. Well established, but private sites. The on-site trails are nice. The host's are responsive and helpful. Would recommend!

2 Swamp Butte (camp 2)
Quiet , and awesome.
This place was a gem! We picked camp 2 , but quickly realised the owner was 1000% on point that you must must have a car that has a high clearance. We took our chances lol! Thankfully camp 3 was open for the dates and switched to camp 3 . Ended up loving it! We did a few of the trails and got to see each camp. The camps are spaced out so no one's on top of eachother. Lots of privacy and you're right in the thick of it with wildlife owls, coyote, wolves, birds and deer. I absolutely love the platforms for the tents . We will certainly be back with a car that will clear up to camp #2 Thank you for hosting us. We do this every year for our anniversary/birthday. Well worth the drive time and effort.

would go again and again!
lovely spot!! so nice to be nestled in the trees. easy to drive in for the most part, though all the fall leaves made it a bit hard to find the road sometimes. we love this property and will certainly come back! it’s nice to be in the woods in site 3 and then site 2 is great because it’s a bit more of a clearing with the smell of blackberry bushes. and i love the swamp trail they have which is fairly easy and well labeled.

Camping in Quilted Woods is fantastic! Daniel is a spectacular host. The three sites are well-separated so you get the feeling of complete isolation. The porte-potty is spotless. Each campsite is stocked with a ton of well-seasoned firewood. And there are sturdy tent platforms at each site. There are also nice trails throughout the property with some really great deep-forest views. I cannot recommend Quilted Woods highly enough!

Fall colors and an Aurora
The site and property were well organized, clean, secure, and wonderfully secluded. The host was extremely responsive at all stages of the visit. The firewood provided at the site was top-quality and seasoned perfectly. The tent platform worked out extremely well. The host's logistics of the property were clearly well-thought-out. Our group lucked out by a fortuitous visit coinciding with the peak of fall colors and an evening Aurora. Some visitors might find it useful to know that this site receives full cellular signal access. Definitely recommended and would like to visit again in the future. We can see clearly why the host receives such high marks.
