Open campground all to yourself
Great place near Smith Rock! A bit difficult to find though. The location shown in Google is not quite right so just reach out to the owner if you are lost. It's a bit of a shame that we can't have campfire but that's because of the fire ban in the area. I can see a campfire in the spring or late fall in this place would be great!

Dennis's land was a good choice for my overnight stay. It was private, I felt safe and I even got to see a beautiful sunset. :)

Wits End RV Camp
The site was nicely traveled and level. It was not as secluded as we thought but it was off the main road and enjoyable. The train is near the sight but it was not too loud or intrusive to our stay. We even got to enjoy a local prairie dog everyone in a while! We didn't use the fire pit but it is very nice and has a lot of room for friends! We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Dennis!

Wit's End Campsite
We loved camping at Wit's End Campsite. Beautiful scenery and well maintained. It was easy to get to town from the site. There are a couple of trains that come through around 2-3 a.m. but other than that the road noise is just like background white noise. It is very spacious so there is plenty of room depending on how many people there are in your group. The established firepit is very nice and there are rocks for people to sit on if you want or bring your own chairs. We also saw a couple of deer walking around the camp area.
