Recent Hipcampers say this Hipcamp is great for families and kids.
Convenient rest area less than one mile off of I-5 near Keizer Station. Pull off the freeway, park your truck, trailer or RV and get some rest. This land is an active farming operation that has been going on, since 1850s. Make sure to catch the sunset or sunrise with an almost unobstructed view. We are located less than a two-minute drive from Keizer station for all your shopping needs including: Target, Lowes, Starbucks, In-N-Out, Chick-fil-A, McDonalds, a gas station and many more.

Good spot for a simple overnight, which was exactly what I needed. Not a destination, but it was conveniently close to I5. There were other people around, working and camping but this was fine with me. Daniel was responsive and gave good instructions.

Was perfect for my quick trip to Oregon. Just needed a safe place to sleep in my car while driving through.

Awesome place, communication was really good and helpful. It was a quiet place to stay. We felt very safe leaving our rig there to go out and explore during the day.

We have stayed here a couple times and will definitely stay again. It is very easy to access off the highway and Daniel is very friendly. I didn’t notice highway noise where we were at and we enjoyed watching the horses graze. Great spot for a great price.

Convenient and Affordable
This spot is great as long as your expectations are appropriate. It’s not a secluded, peaceful “destination” camping spot. It’s a slab of concrete, possible shared, with a portapotty next to a working field and close to the I5. However, it is inexpensive, very convenient to Salem, and the perfect place to park the camper for a night or more to enjoy the area. There is lots of shopping at Keizer Station very close by and Daniel was a responsive host who greeted us on our arrival and helped confirm we had the right spot.
